The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to receive proposals for the selection of a contractor/s to provide Solid Waste Administration and Solicitation Support services. In particular, the RFP supports retention of a consultant(s) to be responsible for preparing the types of documents required for establishing or modifying trash and recycling collection services.
