Family Retreat

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (cage code 4WCL2), 100 Sandoval St. Santa Fe NM, 87501. Ashford Hospitality will be providing two nights (2 each) of Family Retreat on 06 September 2019 through 08 September 2019. The contractor must provide 23 rooms, with a minimum of 17 rooms with two queen beds and accommodate 56 people total. The contractor shall also provide meal packages to include dinner on day one (1), breakfast and lunch on day two (2), and breakfast on day three (3). A dining area is required to be within the same facility of the sleeping accommodations. Furthermore, the contractor shall provide one conference area within the same facility to accommodate 30 people that includes chairs and tables on day one (1) and two (2). A second conference room shall be utilized to accommodate 25 children on day one (1) and two

(2).The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability of responding to this requirement of Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., or interested parties may submit responses. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all responses for the Family Retreat received by the closing date and time of this Notice of Intent will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
