Notice is given that the City of Dania Beach, Florida, is requesting sealed Proposals from experienced and qualified individual attorneys or law firms to provide a full range of municipal legal services in the capacity of the City’s legal counsel (“City Attorney”) on an appointment or on a contractual basis.

Sealed proposals must include

one (1) original, five (5) copies, and one (1) electronic version on CD or USB drive in Adobe PDF format. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2019. Proposals will be publicly opened at 10:30 a.m. in the NW Conference Room at City Hall, 100 W. Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, Florida. Proposal packets must be sealed, addressed and clearly marked:
