The purpose of this amendment is to reschedule the site visit, provide answers to questions and extend the due date for quotes. we have any pictures of the office? Answer: They are provided in the amendment 2. Question: Will the existing DC Plant and inverter be able to be powered off to install the new DC Plant? Answer: The existing DC Plant and Inverters/Rectifiers can be powered off to install the new DC Power plant solution. We are also under the understanding that the system can be upgraded in phases. 3. Question: Will the existing Battery Cables be long enough to re-use? If so what size of cable? Answer: The existing Battery bank can be reused to connect to the new system. We are under the impression that in its current state its 100% compatible and in good working condition. I will confirm that it is 2/0 GA Cable. 4. Question: Where is the COGB or Office Ground Bar Located for the new DC Plant Reference Ground? Answer: The COGB or Office Ground Bar is located in the electrical closet in Building 1C. 5. Question: Are after hours required for the cutover? Answer: Yes, after hours are required for the cutover to the new system 6. Question: Are there any schematics and or wiring diagrams for the current system that's being replaced? Answer: Provided in this amendment Quotations were previously due no later than 3:00pm ET on October 10, 2019. Quotes are now due no later than 3:00pm ET on October 24, 2019. NOTE: All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary - the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Materials submitted to the Government for review will not be returned. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to check back periodically for any amendments to the synopsis or solicitation.
