Virtual Prototyping Holodeck (VPH)

SOSSEC, Inc. and ACC-APG Belvoir are issuing a Request for Project Proposal (RFPP) to the SCE Consortium to solicit proposals with the intent of awarding a prototype project IAW 10 U.S.C. § 2371b. SOSSEC, Inc., represents the SCE Consortium, and ACC- APG Belvoir represents the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), C5ISR Center, Night Vision and Electronics Sensors Directorate (NVESD).The Request for Project Proposal (RFPP) is for a Virtual Prototyping Holodeck (VPH) which is a cross-reality holodeck prototype that can emulate real-world battle conditions while allowing the warfighter to react with real and simulated equipment and personnel in a scenario-based environment.Only members of the Sensors Communications and Electronics Consortium (SCEC) in good standing are eligible to participate in this opportunity.
