The annual renewal provides software maintenance and support related to MN Tax Court’s C-Track subscription, a web-based court management system. Because Thomson Reuters retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
