Voice and Data Cellphone Services for U.S. employees at the Tri-Missions Vienna

The Embassy of the United States in Austria will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.The U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna intends to issue a solicitation for cellphone services for U.S.-Government employees at the U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna for local and international use including mobile cellular voice, text, roaming, and data service with an annual estimated cell phone usage.The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.Voice and SMS/MMS Coverage:Unlimited voice calls and text messages within Austria and the EU (roaming).Estimated coverage of at least 428,000 call minutes and 428,000 text messages from Austria to non-EU countries and vice versa.Estimated coverage of at least 83,350 call minutes and 83,350 text messages globally.Data Coverage:Unlimited data volume within Austria.50,230 GB data volume within the EU (roaming).1,115 GB data volume in non-EU countries.574 GB data volume worldwide.The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
