Opportunity Summary
The Office of the Legislative Administrator (OLA) is undertaking a multi-year, multi-phase, initiative known as the Document Publishing and Management System Project ("DPMS Project"). The objective of the DPMS Project is to replace the legacy technology systems used in the production of legislative documents by the State of Oregon's Office of the Legislative Counsel ("LC") with a new document publishing and management system. OLA seeks proposals from qualified proposers for the delivery of a fully designed, developed, tested, documented Solution (defined below) with appropriate training for users, that meets or exceeds the performance of the Legacy System (defined below) and provides enhancements to LC's business
