Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about June 15, 2019Description:The intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove and replace the Letts Lake Fishing Pier, in kind. Major items of work include but are not limited to: Installing cofferdam; removing and disposing of the existing concrete deck, railing and gabions; stockpiling existing cobble; preparing foundation for gabion baskets; placing new gabion baskets and concrete deck; constructing and staining railing.Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor,

transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any incidentals necessary to accomplish work on the Mendocino National Forest.The contractor shall carefully examine the existing conditions and information, shall become familiar with the nature and location of the work, the conformation of the ground slopes and terrain, the nature of the soil and subsoil conditions, nature and extent of the materials that will be encountered during the construction operations and any existing site conditions that may affect the project, prior to the beginning of work.Location: This project is located on the Grindstone Ranger District of the Mendocino National Forest.Price Range: $25,000 - $100,000Estimated Start Date: September 15, 2019Contract Completion Time: 45 calendar days after Notice to ProceedSet-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns.Bonds: A Bid guarantee is not required with the offer.
