The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires a qualified contractor(s) to provide four (4) Dual Rail E-Clip Installers, two (2) Tie Plate Inserter vehicles, three (3) 5-Ton Swing Loaders, and three (3) 10-Ton Swing Loaders to be utilized throughout the WMATA Rail System.
