The scope of work is as follows: • Removal of existing timber curbs and railing system for reinstallation • Removal of existing timber deck wearing surface boards for reinstallation • Removal of all timber support beams, and timber strip running boards on the girder top flanges, inspect all beams and dispose of any rotted sections. • Timber support beams shall be rotated 90 degrees and reinstalled on top of the steel girders. • Reinstall the timber deck wearing surface boards • Reinstall the timber curbs and railing system • Site restoration, including modification of approaches.
