Renovations for International Education Department Langara College, through this Invitation to Tender (ITT), is inviting firms who have a proven experience working in an occupied building to submit bid proposal for the provisions of renovating the International Education Faculty area with a new Staff Kitchen, two new staff Washrooms, new Photocopy Area, and enlarged reception area and open office area. The description of the Work is kept to general terms and includes architectural, mechanical and electrical work.
The project location is in 100 West 49th Ave. Vancouver, BC, A Building 1st floor.
Non-Mandatory Site Tour
Bidder should attend and be on time on the Site Tour, and should confirm their attendance to the ITT Contact. No
other tour will be offered.
