Added:Apr 15, 2019 4:05 amModified:Apr 16, 2019 3:01 amTrack Changes The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Bern, Switzerland. The U.S. Embassy is using 95 lines for official purposes including Government Owned Equipment such as mobile devices, cellular phones and Wi-Fi hotspots. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award (base year), with two (2) one-year options.This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, type contract with firm-fixed rates. The Contractor's firm-fixed rates shall include all labor, materials and equipment, insurance premiums (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), taxes, administrative overhead, transition and/or start-up costs (if any), direct and indirect costs, managerial costs, profit and all other costs that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract. The Government will pay the Contractor at firm-fixed rates as per instructions of individual firm-fixed task orders on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. Temporary Additional Services are defined as SIM cards with monthly fixed rate subscriptions. These services shall support special events at the Post.After contract award and submission of acceptable certificates, the Contracting Officer shall issue a Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will establish a date (a minimum of ten (10) days from date of contract award unless the Contractor agrees to an earlier date) on which performance shall start.Electronic Submission/Responses:Electronic quotations will be accepted.
