Managed Information Technology Services Elections Alberta (EA) intends to enter into a long-term contract with a Contractor for the provision and delivery of the Services that support the EA business and as per the requirements of this RFP. The Services will include:
a)    Managed IT Services of EA’s Environments;
b)    Contractor hosted Environments;
c)    Electoral Events services;
d)    Disaster Recovery services; and
e)    Enhanced Security services.
The Contractor is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance, configuration and support of the IT Infrastructure of EA inclusive of:
a)    Servers (including physical servers and virtual machine servers);
b)    Networking equipment;
c)    Storage equipment;
d)    Software support,
e)    Desktop infrastructure and deskside support; and
f)    Support Services.
