This announcement includes the Solicitation.The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) intends to issue solicitation SPE60419R0403 on or near (02/20/2019) for the supply of electricity and any ancillary servicesto be delivered in the Midcontinent Independent System operator, Inc. (MISO) via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov/. - The solicitation will support: Army Corps of Engineers, Air National Guard, US Department of Agriculture and Scott Air Force Base.The total estimated quantity of electricity and ancillary services is 297,696,984 kWh over a 24-month period on a Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirement Type basis(beginning with meter read occurring in the month of May 2019

through the meter read occurring in the month of May 2021). The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal. Additional requirements may be added by amendment.All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a responsive and complete proposal.
