Aug 14, 2018 11:57 am The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17 in El Paso, Texas is soliciting proposals for contractors to provide Community Adult Day Healthcare Services (CADHC) for Veterans in the Veterans Integrated Services Network 17 (VISN17) region, encompassing various counties in Texas. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Multiple IDC s are anticipated to be awarded. In order to qualify, interested Adult Day Healthcare facilities must be in compliance with the eligibility requirements of 38 CFR Ch.1, Parts 17.51a through 17.51e. The anticipated Period of Performance for an awarded IDC will be for one (1) years with four (4) option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is 36C25718Q9554.
