This Sources Sought notice is being issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ, in the future. No formal RFQ for this work exists at this time. At this time, we are especially interested in seeking HUBZone SB, Service Disable Veteran Owned SB and Women Owned SB concerns. All qualified concerns may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the technical, administrative, and management capability of such quoters to perform this type of work. The capability statements will be used to determine appropriate procurement strategy, in particular whether a set-aside or an alternate procurement strategy is warranted. Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Boulder Canyon Operations Office is seeking potential sources to provide janitorial services for a base year and four option year periods at the Blythe Hydrographic Field Office located in Blythe, CA, in Riverside County. The principal features of work to be performed for this project include: 1) provide janitorial services on a weekly basis, and 2) wax hard surface flooring, clean windows inside and out, and shampoo carpets on a semi-annual basis. The office building consists of 1352 square feet of interior space with 758 square feet of carpet. There are nine (9) 3 feet W x 4 feet L windows which are (6) six feet from the ground. The contractor will be responsible for providing the following supplies: cleaning supplies, bathroom tissue, paper towels, liquid hand soap, waste receptacle bags, disposable toilet seat covers, and sanitary napkin bags. The contractor will be responsible for all travel costs related to employees obtaining a Government issued identification card for facilities access. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System code is 561720, Janitorial Services. The small business size standard is $18.0 million in average annual receipts. The Product Service Code is S201 Housekeeping - Custodial Janitorial. Capability statements are to be submitted no later than August 22, 2019. The capabilities package should include the following information: Provide business name, DUNS number, address, point of contact to include e-mail address, telephone number and website if applicable; Business size and type (8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.); Demonstrate the firm's experience by providing a list of projects completed where the work involved similar contracts in the past three years, and in which your firm performed the work. Include in the list only work comparable to the size for which your firm was entirely responsible for providing the labor, facilities, equipment, and material. Additionally, for each project listed, provide the following: a brief description of the work performed, project title, dollar value of the job, location, and the customer's contact name and phone number for the work completed; and When it is determined that a formal RFQ will be issued, the RFQ will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All interested quoters will have to respond to the solicitation in addition to responding to this sources sought notice.
