Services includes design, development, fabrication, testing, installation, documentation,production, and delivery of rapid prototype material solutions and services. Each awardee willbe awarded an initial task order for $2,500 (minimum contract guarantee per awardee). Workwill be performed primarily at the contractors’ sites, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division,Newport, (NUWCDIVNPT), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport(NUWCDIVKPT), and at other Government locations and is expected to be completed by 23January 2029. Fiscal 2023 Weapons, Procurement, Navy funding in the amount of $2,500 willbe obligated at the time of award and will expire in 2025. All other funding will be madeavailable at the delivery order and task order level as contracting actions occur. The contractwas competitively procured via the System for Award Management website with fifteen (15)acceptable offers received on the basis of initial offers and an additional (9) acceptable offerorsreceived at the conclusion of discussions.
