The project involves preparing the subgrade, pouring a 4-inch reinforced concrete slab with drain system, installing framing plus siding to match the existing warehouse, installing roll-up garage door, add electrical wiring and outlets, insulating the door and interior, finishing the interior with sheetrock or paneling, adding 2 windows, installing one electrical heater suitable for 875 sq. ft., and installing an exterior walk-in door.Optional work consists of extending concrete slab north to create a 16' X 20' "driveway"Location: South Fork Compound, 706 Main Street, Alturas CAEstimated Magnitude (Price Range): less than $25,000Contract Time: It is estimated the project will start as soon as

possible after award and be completed within 20 calendar days.Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238350. The related small business size standard is $15.0M.Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 and 36. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about August 7, 2019.Site Visit: A formal site visit will not be held. Prospective bidders are urged to visit the site on their own.Bonds: A bid guarantee IS NOT required. If quote is over $35,000 payment bond or ILC will be required for 100% of the award price and be submitted within 10 days after contract award.Inquiries: Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing, not later than 5 calendar before the closing date, to allow a reply to reach all prospective Quoters before submission of their quote.
