This Proposal will replace RFP 1909-15, 1909-15B, 1909-15C. All currently awarded vendors on RFP 2106-12, B, C who wish to continue doing business with Denton ISD must respond to and be awarded on this new RFP. If you were previously awarded on RFP #2209-15 Food, General Grocery Items & Catering Services, there is no need to respond to this RFP. Previously awarded responses are valid through August 31, 2024 with an option to auto-renew for three (3) one-year extensions. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Proposers are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As responses are received, or on a periodic basis, they will be opened and evaluated based on the criteria outlined within this RFP.
