J efferson A ve., Effingham, Illinois 62401\n\ne TheintentoftheRFP isto award a contract for service to the successful\nRespondents.\n\ne Aspartofthe Work, the Contractor shall furnish and assume full responsibility for\neverything required for the orderly progress and proper execution and completion of\nthe Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated into the\nWork including, but not limited to, drawings, materials, equipment, labor including\nsubcontractor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, and other\nfacilities and incidentals. If work is required to be \"done by others\" it must be clearly\ndefined in the offer. The gazebo will be 6 sided with 2 sides north and south\nbeing 36 feet in length and the other 4 sides being 18 feet each on the east and west.\nGazebo will be in the shape of an irregular hexagon with the north and south sides\nbeing longer than the remaining east/west sides. Keeping the construction of the\nupper portion in the same aesthetics of the Old Courthouse to include matching shake\nshingles etc.\n\ne Construct and install infrastructure for electrical service to the G azebo fixtures as per\nplans\n\ne Clean up debris and repair surrounding turf, after construction\n\ne Construct the gazebo as per plans, and with maintenance free or low maintenance\nmaterials where not specified, including a description in the responding proposal\n\ne Purchase and provide for delivery of materials necessary for the construction of the\nGazebo\n\ne Provide equipment and labor to ensure project is completed\n\ne Provide.a date for construction to begin, and estimate of time to completion when\nsubmitting this RFP\n\nThe Contractor's team shall be fully licensed with all appropriate agencies to demolish and\n\nconstruct the gazebo. The Contractor will have full access to Gazebo and required areas during\nconstruction.\n\nA.The candidates will be evaluated on their ability to explain fully whatis included in each\nitem of proposal as well as the benefit to additional options provided.
