FLRAA_Request_for_Information

All RFI responses will be initially reviewed by Government representatives to determine if SETA contractor SMEs will be required for further review.  If SETAs will be required, it will be the responsibility of the SETA contractor and the respondent to establish the appropriate NDA (if required by the respondent).  Each response to this RFI shall identify if the respondent requires an NDA prior to SETA review and if so shall provide the respondent's corporate point of contact for processing NDAs. Only the NDA POC information will be shared with the SETA contractors for establishment of the NDAs. No further response information will be provided to SETA contractors prior to execution of the appropriate NDA or unless the respondent verifies in their response that an NDA is not
