The awarded Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform maintenance, inspections, repair, miscellaneous services and service transition and monitoring for existing security/fire alarm systems at the various DMV locations identified in Exhibit F. This is a single award solicitation. Two (2) contracts will be awarded to one (1) bidder based upon the lowest responsive/responsible bid for the cumulative total of both the maintenance and repair (public works) and monitoring services (non-public works) identified. The anticipated term of this Agreement is April 15, 2019 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through April 30, 2022. Bidder Qualifications: The bidders monitoring system shall be certified by Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) as either Protective Signaling Services or Central Station Signaling Services. The bidder shall possess a valid California Alarm Operators License issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). The bidder shall possess a valid C-10 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
