Notice of Intent to Sole Source

SOLE SOURCE/NOTICE OF INTENTThe 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to SIMTEK MODULAR, LLC. The action will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. See attached redacted Sole Source Justification for additional details.The requirement is to provide the following:CLIN 0001: Modular Shoot House: 1,440 sq/ft (SHOOT HOUSE KIT #3)CLIN 0002: Modular Shoot House: 2,400 sq/ft (SHOOT HOUSE KIT #4)This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal.
