This effort involves tactical systems engineering, in-serviceengineering support for current fleet systems, and documentation generation support for present andfuture USW Systems, which include to providing engineering support for the development and design ofsurface combatant control

systems, including all FMS partner variants of the Torpedo Setting Panel (TSP)MK 331 Mod 4, Control Panel (CP) MK 309 Mod 2, Torpedo Presetter Test Set (TPTS), MK 432 TorpedoPresetter/Test Set (TPTS), Surface Vessel Torpedo Tube (SVTT) Simulator as well as systems andsubsystems. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide technical engineering and support for theUSW Fire Control Systems in the areas of Specification and Design; Fabrication andIntegration; Test and Evaluation; Studies and Analysis; and System Safety/Weapon Certification Support.This includes a one-year base term, and four one-year option terms. This is not a request for quotes. Anyinterested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit acapability statement. Capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit.Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 3:30PM PDT on 28 March 2023. Telephoneresponses and requests will not be accepted.
