Added:Oct 07, 2019 8:46 am The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) office of Knowledge Management Services (KMS) has a requirement for Training Support and Library Services to advance and enhance the provision of information and automation instructional support to Patents and Trademark employees in a virtual environment and in person.This procurement will be offered for competition to all eligible 8(a) participants. The solicitation will be released on FedBizOpps located at https://www.fbo.gov. Interested 8(a) participants should search FedBizOpps for this opportunity. The anticipated solicitation release date is early to mid-October, 2019 and the anticipated solicitation closing date is mid-November.For this requirement, the USPTO intends to award a single time and materials contract with a base year and four optional years. The place of performance will be at the USPTO headquarters in Alexandra,
Virginia, and at USPTO's regional offices located in Dallas, Denver, Detroit, and San Jose.This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (the 8(a) Program).Added:Oct 10, 2019 3:18 pm Please see the attached RFP for full proposals instructions.  Questions should be submitted to Heather.Watroba@uspto.gov and Mark.Motta@uspto.gov no later than 2:00PM EST on October 18, 2019.  Proposals are due no later than 2:00PM EST on November 8, 2019.Added:Oct 24, 2019 12:02 pm The USPTO is still in the process of finalizing responses to questions.
