Proposals shall include procurement, installation, operations, management, enforcement, and maintenance of a modern, proven, and reliable parking control system, all related equipment, and staffing for exceptional customer service in a high-paced outdoor environment. Additionally, proposals should include a secured Contractor-hosted payment website for advance parking pass sales which will be linked on the County’s Volusia Beaches app to provide the public with real time parking lot availability status

updates.BackgroundThe County of Volusia manages over forty (40) miles of Atlantic Ocean Beaches from Ormond by the Sea to Bethune Beach, including Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet, and New Smyrna Beach.
