Contract Description: This is a multiple award contract with three categories broken out into counties. • All counties with the exception of San Juan County are awarded to Loomis Armored US. • King, Pierce, Thurston and Snohomish counties are also awarded to Dunbar Armored, Inc.Customers may choose to use either vendor in these four counties. • Clark and Cowlitz County are able to use Courier Northwestfor unarmored car services. Vendors are/may not be honoring the two-hour window, and offering three-to-five hour windows instead. DES is reaching out to vendors about the contract compliance, but agencies should be advised!
