This project is located in Cibola NF, Black Kettle National Grasslands, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.- Skipout lake is located 11.5 miles west of Cheyenne, OK on Hwy 47 and 1⁄2 mile north on county Rd NS 1750- Black Kettle recreation area is located 9 miles north of Cheyenne, OK on Hwy 283All work under this contract is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act.This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small business Size Standard is $15.0 Million under NAICS code 238990.
