Repairs of malfunctioning Traveling-Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA) SN 4658. The Contractor shall perform repairs on TWTA S/N 4658 to restore to working condition according to the original manufacturer’s evaluation.Please see attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

Methods of interest include (1) models that fit multiple datasets (e.g., body wave and surface wave travel times and amplitudes); (2) utilization of full waveforms and finite-frequency methods; (3) approaches that account for 3D structural effects on amplitudes including blockage, scattering, and focusing/defocusing.
Speed maps: A new map type showing the apparent speed at which the depolarization wave travel through the cardiac tissue.
Deliverables We require the contractor to provide a written report of the results, including site locations, names, elevations, depth of sounding, tip resistance, sleeve friction, inclination, and S-wave travel time and source offset for each completed sCPT site. A single report summarizing all sites is acceptable.

Sand and gravel will naturally travel with the wave action. There is an assumed maintenance period of five years where new gravel will be required. Contractor access to the island is possible from land or water, although land-based is preferred. Water access is limited due to depth, vessels will not make it to the island without a ramp or bridge.
