Operate all facets of the library’s Automated System (ILS), including implementation, transition and ongoing support as well as, implement timely updating and upgrading of the ILS system to remain current with new software features of the system.
STDL requires a modern Library Management System or Integrated Library System to support inventory tracking, materials acquisitions, content discovery, customer relationship management, email, and text messaging communications, and more. Installation and migration services shall include hosting, hardware and software configuration, data conversion, data migration, and training.
