Department of Education (ED) has a requirement to obtain meeting space and hotel guest room accommodations for a conference hosted by The U.S. Secretary of Education to facilitate the 2023 International Summit on the Teaching Profession (2023 ISTP) Summit.    The preferred program dates are April 25-27, 2023.  However, the Department will consider consecutive dates within that same work week. 

Technical Proposal: Describe how the offeror will provide for the Cincinnati Hotel Room Accommodations as described in the SOW. CLIN 0001 and Provisions and Clauses can be found in Attachment 2.
