The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Utility Meter to Cash Process and Operations Review Services. The successful Offeror (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
