Can the lodging per diem be exceeded?Answer: As stated on page 2 of the SOW, the Government cannot exceed the per diem rates for lodging in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, without a waiver. Additionally, as stated on page 3 of the SOW, The Government cannot exceed the per diem rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, without a waiver.
