All construction debris, trash, removed materials (such as removed carpet, wall base and VCT) shall be removed from the building daily, no later than the end of each work day. At the contractors discretion, contractor can provide and maintain a portable refuse container at a location coordinated with owner for the duration of the demolition of the existing carpeting in lieu of daily removal from the property.
Existing flooring (carpet) will be removed and flooring to be upgraded to a durable, low-maintenance, and ergonomic surface.
