The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) is performing market research to determine the availability, interest and capability of potential small business sources to provide Guam and Second Island Chain System and Mission Support in Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) locations.
No equipment may be used on the island, to include items such as wheelbarrows. All work must be completed via manual labor means. b. No eating, drinking, tobacco use, gum, etc may take place on the island. All breaks that include the aforementioned must take place on a crew boat or shore-side (off island). c. Restrooms, job shacks, or other facilities may not be placed on the island.
