******Please note Attachment 6 was replaced with the correct attachment to provide the RFP's Scenarios***The objective of the multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts is to provide the capability to award Task Orders for the Analytical Support Services to support the mission of BTS in the compilation, analysis, dissemination and archiving of transportation information and statistics.
Approval is for a ceiling increase and an extension of services under the FAR 52.217-8 clause for the Analytical and Technical Support Services (ATSS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
Analytical services under this IDIQ will improve USAID's ability to promote resilient, democratic societies, and support U.S foreign policy objectives. Support for democracy, human rights and governance is vital to the pursuit of freedom and national security, and is essential to achieve the Agency's and the U.S. Government's broader social and economic development goals.
