DOC and DHS are requesting Proposals for a vendor hosted canteen operation for the DOC Division of Adult Institutions (DAI) and the DHS Division of Care and Treatment Facilities (DCTF), to award a Contract to a single vendor. The purpose of this contract is to have a menu of items that Persons In our Care (PIOC) can order and pay for out of their personal funds on a (weekly or biweekly basis. The awarded vendor will be responsible for providing an ordering system for PIOC to place their orders, as well as a system that can debit their PIOC trust account balances.

PSCA is seeking qualified emergency medical support to fulfill this requirement. Experience in supporting military (such as US Space Force, Missile Defense Agency or US Army/Navy Air Defense Artillery) operations, rural Alaska experience, and operating within an Incident Command System (ICS) is highly desired.
