Services may also include land surveys, traffic analysis, cultural assessment and monitoring, planning studies, environmental assessments, river, stream and coastal habitat restoration assessment and design, water quality study design, sampling, source reduction, laboratory tests, or management consulting for county offices.
Work will include a Conceptual Design Report, a tentative plan of subdivision for the Arena Lands (including a legal survey), and a Traffic Impact Assessment to confirm subdivision design requirements. The Consultant will be required to investigate and document the development constraints and opportunities for the Arena Lands and provide full cost estimates to develop the legally subdivided and serviced properties.
