The EV bus charging assets and system will be provided at a later date by other parties but the electrical infrastructure is to be provided under this scope of work. The building is to be designed and constructed to be 15% more efficient than 2020 NECB requirements. The building must be built in such a way to accommodate a future expansion of the bus storage area. Substantial completion of the project is required by October 2025.
The Contractor shall build in the cost of travel, fuel and mileage based on the list of bus stop locations provided and the frequency of service for those locations. Notes Special Notices Local Programs & Policies
In general, the successful bidder will provide various magnetically encoded bus passes, tickets, and trim stock (transfers) for Pueblo Transit.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE AND TIMELINE: The performance period for Services shall be awarded to include an optional four (4) additional annual renewals at the option of TPS with a desired start of service on July 1, 2024.
