Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board. On November 17, 2023, the State Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 54 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations deal application requirements for foreign educated physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, and occupational therapists and implementing statutory changes to AS 08.84 under 1 Chapter 66, SLA 2022 (HB99). The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on February 26, 2024, and go into effect on March 27, 2024. Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Veterinary Examiners. On February 1, 2024, the State Board of Veterinary Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 68 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations dealing with recent statutory changes to AS 08.98 under HB56 - Chapter 14, SLA 2023 updating education and examination requirements and removing references to the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
